Just to alert my sprawling army of fans that I have a couple of notable public speaking engagements coming up.

First, I open the proceedings for the Speechwriters Guild Leadership and Communication conference in Bournemouth on 17 September. Here’s the website – come along and hear a range of top-end speaking experts (plus me).

Then on 15 October I am one of the speakers at a TEDx event in Krakow: Texting the Dragon.

For this ‘ideas’ fixture speakers are given a ruthless 18 minutes or less. The general theme of this event is the bringing together (or not) of Modern and Traditional. Again, all suggestions welcome.

Off to Geneva today for yet more Training, so things may be quiet here for a day or two.
