Talking of libel, I am drawn mothishly to the various legal processes involving a certain Johanna Kaschke suing different people for defamation.
Harry fears for blog freedom.
One of her lawsuits is against ex-punk, ex-Trot David Osler.
Not easy to follow all this if you don’t follow it. But do have a look at Johanna Kaschke’s own website. It explains at some length her many elaborate and fascinating insights on such subjects as money, maths and freemasonry.
My nomination for Paragraph of the Decade goes to the utterly brilliant prose which opens her careful look at The Freemasons and mathematical concepts
However, tempted as I am to cut and paste extracts of it for you, I note from her site that using quotes from her site is not a good idea (see under the heading Legal)
Better safe than sorry. I’ll tiptoe round this one at some distance. Go and read it for yourself.
That can’t be libellous. Yet.
